We start the journey through the magnificent Switzerland, one of the gems of Europe among vineyards, lush alpine mountains and historical wealth.
Get ready for a program full of emotion with images that cause endless sighs in front of the green mountains.

Today we visit Montreux on the shores of Lake Léman: the Château du Chillon (medieval castle) the Lake, the historic center and the Freddie Mercury museum.
Continue on to Vevey: one of the “Pearls of the Swiss Riviera”. Its lakeside location with breathtaking views of the Alpine panorama, its extraordinarily mild climate, the vineyards, numerous excursion destinations in the region characterise this town by Lake Geneva.
Its most famous inhabitant was probably the comedian Charlie Chaplin, who spent the last twenty five years of his life here. A monument dedicated to him stands on the lakeshore.
Head then to Lavaux between Lausanne and Montreux, is one of eleven UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Switzerland: the vineyards grown on walled terraces are a must for wine lovers and stunning landscapes.

It will be a whole day of a very special private tour “cheese and chocolate” by train.
During this trip, we will discover the secrets of making “black gold” with chocolate tasting.
Cheeses and chocolates have always been the trademark of Switzerland.
The Chocolate Train is a full-day tour that departs from the main station of Montreux and cuts through the Canton of Fribourg, arriving at the Cailler Chocolate Factory (Nestlé), in Broc. beautiful wineries in the region towards the city of Gruyères, famous for the cheese of the same name.
There, passengers exchange the train for a bus and go to the cheese factory.
After experiencing the specialty, we will go to the village of Gruyere for and return to the train to continue on to Broc, where the Cailler-Nestlé factory takes care of completing the chocolate tasting and selling the products at cost. Return in hotel at the end of the day.

Continuation of private transport to Dijon: the former capital of Burgundy region, is known for its vineyards and prestigious wines, the excellent food and the presence of different architectural styles, from Gothic to Art Deco.
The characteristic Museum of Fine Arts of 1787, inside the great, Palace of the Dukes offers a rich collection of paintings, sculptures, handicrafts and antiques.
Arrival at the hotel, check in and free time for a first stroll.

We leave Dijon to reach Lyon, with a special stop at Hameau Du Vin.
Located in Beaujolais, away from any big city, this jewel is much more than wine tasting. The Museum is the recreation of a train station with many historical pieces. The internal tour includes the winemaking of Beaujolais wine in the production area itself. There is a beautiful collection of presses, motorcycle cultivators, old tools, wonderful illustrative posters about the “Terroirs”, large screens and monitors with interesting films about the ancient cultivation of grapes.
After the visit with tasting included, we continue to Lyon.

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the private city tour in Lyon, the third largest city in France.
Today we will explore this two-thousand-year-old city born at the confluence of two rivers.
Lyon offers an unprecedented journey into different eras and cultures, with its historic center declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco, its narrow streets its animated riverside, the large squares of the Presqu’île and which, at night, amazes you with the charm of over 200 beautifully illuminated sites.

Breakfast at the hotel afterwards we drive to Avignon: considered the capital of Christianity in the world.
A magnificent walled city, located on the banks of the River Rhone in the heart of Provence, the entire historic center is within the wall; it feels like entering a castle.

Departure for a walking city tour through the medieval streets of Avignon.
Visit the magnificent Palace of the Popes that was one of the largest and most important Gothic buildings of the Middle Ages in Europe. Avignon was the seat of the Catholic Church from 1309 to 1377, when a conflict between factions of the Church in Rome propelled Pope Clement V to transfer from the papal court to Avignon. To accommodate the papal court, an immense and magnificent fortified castle was built in the city.
Full of narrow streets and plenty of restaurants, bars and antique and craft shops, the central point is the Square of the Clock (Place del’Horloge) a beautiful carousel, dating from 1900.
The rest of the day is at your disposal.
Overnight in Avignon.
Breakfast at the hotel. We leave Avignon and travel to Aix-en-Provence.
Landscapes that mix Provencal style with pink and ocher facades, medieval-style windows, exposed stones and rounded towers.
On our way are two of the towns classified as “The most beautiful villages in France”, villages perched on the hills, with stone houses and the beautiful ocher color of the region:
Roussillon: unique and charming, a typical medieval village with all the houses painted in earth tones, sometimes more orange, sometimes more reddish, for one reason: here is the largest deposit of ocher in the world.
Gordes: we can enjoy the view over the Lubéron valley and the walls and houses built with the “dry stone” technique which is the overlapping of stones without any type of mortar.
Gordes received and welcomed many artists in the 50’s. Marc Chagall, Victor Vasarely, Pol Mara and other celebrated artists were enchanted by Gordes for his particular architecture, for the beautiful panoramas and for his unique light.
Afterwards we’ll drive through the Plateau De Valensole: wavy fields as far as the eye can see, trees between the symmetrical rows, wheat fields in contrast to lavender.
Here are concentrated the fields that are probably the most abundant and beautiful in Provence.
Our last stop will be Manosque: visit to the L’Occitane factory; created in 1976 in Manosque, L’Occitane has become an icon of Provence products: from the field to the bottles, the products follow the principles of herbal medicine, aromatherapy and sustainability.

Breakfast at the hotel.Today we will take a stroll in this elegant with a retro charmetown, where the painter Paul Cézanne was born and died. We will be amazed walking among the wicker baskets full of lavender, the shops from which the fragrant scent of bread comes out, the many young university students who animate the outdoor cafes , the pastel colors of the houses.
Overnight in Aix en Provence.
After breakfast departure to the Côte d’Azur, one of the most popular regions in France. A unique place, where the beautiful landscape of Provence meets the blue of the Mediterranean Sea, the face of French summer, the right destination for those who like excitement, festive and sophisticated environments.
First stop in St. Tropez: endless beaches, stone buildings, animated streets and breathtaking landscapes. In the old times, Saint Tropez was just a simple fishing village, but over the years it has become a world-renowned seaside resort, a sophisticated destination for the wealthy and famous.
Then continue to Cannes: this legendary seaside resort has all the glitz and allure of the Côte d’Azur: private beaches, marinas filled with luxury yachts, stylish boulevards, elegant Belle Epoque hotels, and fashionable restaurants.
Leafy palm trees grace the streets of Cannes, and subtropical flowers flourish throughout the city.
The prestigious Film Festival of Cannes has been an important event since it began in 1946. Drawing famous movie stars from around the world, this annual red-carpet gala has earned an international reputation for promoting the art of filmmaking.
Our last stop will be Nice: located in the Bay of Angels, between Monaco and Cannes, is one of the most touristic in France; we will have a stroll along the Promenade des Anglais which is more than just a grand walkway next to the Mediterranean with bistrot and restaurants; we can take a seat on the blue benches while joggers, couples skateboarders and families pass all day long.
