After Breakfast, transfer to Fatima.
Today will surely be a memorable experience as we pray and meditate upon one of Our Blessed Mother’s apparition sites. Our Lady appeared to three shepherd children: Lucia, Jacinta, and Francisco. These apparitions occurred monthly from May until October of 1917. Our Lady’s most prominent message during this time was to pray for world peace. Our profoundly reflective day begins with Mass at the Little Chapel of the Apparitions, the site of where the Virgin Mary first appeared on May 13, 1917. Our tour of Fatima continues at the stunning neoclassical church, the Basilica of Our Lady of Fatima. This sacred place contains the tombs of shepherd children, as well as a monument that commemorates the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Following this visit, your tour will continue to the Hamlet of Aljustrel, the home of the three shepherd children and Valinhos, the site of Our Lady’s apparition in August 1917.
Next, the tour culminates with the participation in the Stations of the Cross along the Via Sacra and a candlelight procession.

Breakfast in hotel and check out. We will depart and head to Santiago de Compostela.
Santiago de Compostela is the capital of Galicia region. It’s known mostly as the arrival place of culmination of the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route, and the burial site of the apostle St. James. His remains lie within the Catedral de Santiago de Compostela, consecrated in 1211, whose carved stone facades open onto grand plazas within the medieval walls of the old town. Tonight, we will attend the Pilgrims mass in the Basilica at 19h30. Following this eventful day, check in at the hotel.
>vernight in Santiago de Compostela.
After breakfast, celebration of the Holy Mass in the Cathedral de Santiago before the departure to Burgos.
Burgos, a provincial capital in Spain’s autonomous community of Castile and León, is marked by its intact medieval architecture.
Its most recognizable landmark is the French-gothic Cathedral, whose 3 main doorways are flanked by ornamented bell towers. Inside is the Chapel of Condestable, decorated with figures of saints, and the tomb of El Cid, the 11th-century military commander.
Check in at the hotel and overnight in Burgos.
Breakfast, check out and departure to Lourdes.
Over this 2 days, we will wake up in a small town that is nestled within the Pyrenees Mountains.
We will pray and meditate in yet another site of Our Lady’s apparitions. Our Lady first appeared to Bernadette in 1858, and announced herself as “The Immaculate Conception”, near the Grotto of Massabielle.
Throughout this time in Lourdes, we will have the opportunity to attend Mass at the Grotto where Our Lady appeared to Bernadette; watch a video presentation that explains, in detail, the story of Lourdes; drink water from the miraculous spring that has healed many and submerge ourself in the healing baths. Additionally, we will have the opportunity to experience Christ’s unconditional love as we meditate upon the “life size” Stations of the Cross that overlook the Grotto of Massabielle. Also, while in Lourdes, we will walk and meditate upon the footsteps of St. Bernadette, see Boly Mill, the birthplace of St. Bernadette and the “Cachot,” an abandoned prison where Bernadette’s impoverish family lived. In the evening, we will have free time to attend the Blessed Sacrament Procession before dinner (April-October only). These processions are lit by candlelight and guided by the most Holy Rosary.
Following this prayerful experience, we will return to the hotel for overnight in Lourdes.
Following breakfast, we will depart for approximately 7 hours to Nevers which is the site of where St. Bernadette lived for twelve years as a member of the Congregation of the Sisters of Nevers.
The Saint suffered from a number of illnesses such as asthma, tuberculosis of the lungs, and in her right knee. For this reason, St. Bernadette received “The Last Sacraments” three times and eventually passed away in 1879, at the age of thirty-five.
Overnight in Nevers.
After breakfast we will visit the Sanctuary of Nevers, St. Gildard Convent, and the site of where St. Bernadette’s incorrupt body rests. While here, we will pray and reflect upon the life of the beloved Saint as well as celebrate a Holy Mass.
Mid morning departure to Paris.
Overnight in Paris
Breakfast at the hotel.
Today we will enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Paris which includes the most iconic locations. We will begin at the Notre Dame Cathedral, a perfect example of Gothic art. Since the 2019 fire, the Cathedral is only visible from outside. We will visit the magnificent, Sacre-Coeur Basilica that stands atop Montmartre Hill. The Basilica that is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus was originally built in 1914, as an act of penance for infidelity that France was experiencing during that time. We will also visit the Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, where is the incorrupt body of St. Catherine Laboure. The Saint’s guardian angel led her to the chapel where the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to her. During apparitions, Our Lady repeatedly instructed the making and purpose of the Miraculous Medal as well as, the green scapular. According to the Blessed Virgin Mary, those who wear the Miraculous Medal and scapular will receive special protection and abundant graces.
Of course, we also get to see such famous landmarks as the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triumph, Champs-Elysées and so on. And there will be time for some shopping!
